How do I prevent ffmpeg from inserting colored bar test patterns and instead duplicate the previous frame? I'm capturing VHS tapes via decklink. I force CFR but sometimes when it drops a frame, it inserts an unsightly test pattern. I'd rather it just duplicate the previous frame it does have.
FFmpeg is the leading multimedia framework, able to decode, encode, transcode, mux, demux, stream, filter and play pretty much anything that humans and machines have created.
